You MUST read and accept these rules before making a game account. Acceptance of these rules implies that you have read them and agree to follow them.
Click accept at the bottom of this page to goto the account registration page.
Clicking accept and creating a game account implies that you have read and understand these rules...Staff will assume you know the rules and will punish you for breaking them.

Violation of these rules is punishable by the following actions, except where noted:

First, you will be warned in broadcast or system message...failure to cease breaking the rules will result in these actions:

1st offense: warning in broadcast or world chat
2nd offense: 24 hour botjail
3rd offense: youll get arrested for one week(see server updates page for more on this)
final offense: you will be banned permanently


Player Rules:


1: No swearing in broadcast. How you chat in guild or friend channel is up to you and your guild leader, respectively, but we dont want to see it.

2: English only in the broadcast. You will be warned promptly.

3: No sharing of accounts. Anyone found to be using someone elses account runs the risk of having both accounts deleted. Do NOT share you're account info with anyone. We will NOT help you in anyway if it is hacked. Your user and pass are private keep it that way!
    Also, if you do choose to share your account, and the other user starts trouble on server, you will be held accountable for their actions, since it is your account...this includes botjail, banning, etc.

4: No speed hacking or any other kind of hacks to be used. Anyone caught using hacks of any kind will be instantly banned!!

5: No offensive character names...if we see it, we will change it.

6: We do not tolerate harassment of other players/staff members. This includes asking anyone for money, CPs, or plvl.  And no broadcasting asking for things either, violating this will get you kicked, etc. And also, no arguing in talk, broadcast, or world channels...you want to argue, take it to friend chat or whisper.

7: Staff are here to help players within the game and deserve to be treated with respect.

8: Do NOT pk or attack a staff member.

11: Any player found advertising our server on any other server, or advertising for another server on our server will be PERMANENTLY Banned from this server this is your ONLY warning

12: All staff have main chars, and they are allowed to pk whomever they want on their main/mortal acct. they have lvled up and gotten their gears the same as all other regular players.

13. Bugs are not to be abused...if you find any bugs, you are to report them to a staff member or post them on forums. Abusing bugs purposely is considered breaking the rules, including the one that allows you to use reborn guards to pk in TC.

14. No whispering staff members, unless they ask you to.

Everybody is expected to abide by these rules we do not discriminate, just because you may have donated to our server does NOT mean you get to do as you please here, these rules are here for everyone staff, players, donators and non donators alike.
These rules are based on some of our staff members' many years of experience playing normal CO and other online games, and these rules are meant to make the server enjoyable for everyone.


Staff Rules:

1: NO staff member is to give their mortal chars CPs, money, or items. 

2: NO staff member is allowed to give ANY player any item, CPs or money without prior consent from Bartman[PM]  . Any staff member found doing this runs the risk of losing their staff status.

3: Staff are not allowed to repeatedly kick players.  If a player has broken a rule first time you warn them and kick, if they proceed to break rules then you botjail them, or we will ban on 3rd offense.

5: Staff are not allowed to use their staff account to settle differences they have with a player on their mortal account, any staff member found doing so will have their staff status revoked.

6: All staff members are requested join DisturbedCO guild with their staff character, but dont have to. This is only so its easier for all staff to communicate.  We do have a staff only map, though, where we can meet.

7. Staff is not allowed to donate to get on nobility board with their staff characters. If you want on the nobility board, use your mortal chars.


ALL staff are to abide by these rules, any staff member found abusing their position in any
way shape or form will lose their staff account.
